Singapore Cruise Centre (SCC) is undergoing a digital transformation to modernize its terminals and implement new IT solutions and technologies to help enhance the passenger journey. Our vision is to create seamless end-to-end experiences while transitioning to smart data-augmented operations, optimizing resources, and improving efficiency, safety, and hygiene.
In this presentation, Lee will share this journey and insights they learned. They’re harnessing the power of data across the enterprise and ecosystem by implementing event-driven architecture (EDA) to support standardized data sharing and IoT sense-making in their ferry / cruise terminals. They’re working with government agencies, ferry operators, and eventually with the aviation ecosystem to better support fly-cruise/fly-ferry passengers to improve decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and improve resource planning and allocation.
